Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10: Everything Fans Are Searching For

Bigg Boss Telugu is the Telugu-language adaptation of the internationally franchised Bigg Boss format, itself based on the Dutch reality series Big Brother. Since its 2017 debut on Star Maa, the show has become one of the most-watched reality television properties in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, combining 24x7 house surveillance, weekly public voting, and a rotating cast of celebrities and commoners competing for the winner's trophy and cash prize. This page brings together contestant tracking, unofficial fan-poll voting trends, weekly elimination updates and a complete history of the franchise — everything in one fast-loading hub, so you don't have to piece it together from a dozen different sites.

How Bigg Boss Telugu Voting Actually Works

Each week, a set of housemates is placed in the "nomination zone" through in-house tasks and captain's decisions. Viewers then cast official votes — through the show's approved voting app and, in earlier seasons, missed-call lines — for the contestant they want to save. The contestant with the least public support is typically evicted on the weekend episode. Star Maa does not publish the exact vote count or percentage split publicly; only the eliminated contestant's name is revealed on air. That's exactly why fan communities, including this site, run independent sentiment polls: our Voting Results and Weekly Results pages track that fan sentiment day by day, clearly labelled as unofficial estimates rather than the show's real tally.

Nine Seasons, Nine Champions

Since Jr NTR launched the franchise in 2017 with Siva Balaji as the inaugural winner, Bigg Boss Telugu has crowned a new champion every year — from playback singer Rahul Sipligunj (Season 3) and Indian Idol winner L. V. Revanth (Season 6), to YouTuber-turned-reality-star Pallavi Prashanth (Season 7) and, most recently, Kalyan Padala, who won Season 9 in December 2025. Akkineni Nagarjuna has hosted the show every year since Season 3, making him the face most associated with the franchise's peak popularity, after Jr NTR (Season 1) and Nani (Season 2) kicked things off. The full season-by-season breakdown of winners, runners-up and hosts is available in the cards above.

What Made Season 9 Different

Season 9 (2025) introduced a notable format change: a two-house structure splitting an "owners' house" for commoners who cleared the Bigg Boss Agnipariksha pre-show selection round, and a "tenants' house" for celebrity contestants — a first for the Telugu franchise. Kalyan Padala went on to win the season, with Thanuja Puttaswamy finishing as the first runner-up.
